
When ordering with Capslapz If you have a file that you would like to submit for a job. The file must first be pre-flighted (setup) for our printing and cutting machines. There is an initial minimum setup fee of $20 for Stickers & $50 for Banners & Heat Transfer per job, depending on the service needs The setup fees must be paid in full as a deposit on any Sticker, Banner, Heat Transfer order.

We aim to give you the best turnaround times as possible. Once you submit your file and pay the setup fee. Please allow up to 24-48 hrs. for us to properly pre-flight the file for the printing and cutting process. Print times vary depending printing deadlines and our designers & machine operators availability to print the task without any design issues during setup or print,

Capslapz is a small family owned establishment and our printers and supplies require most the space for our establishment to operate, therefore we are not open to the general public. However we do run printing and setup times of 7PM-11PM daily. If you have a project that you are working with us on please understand we are only available during these hours.
Printing & Cutting with our machines requires a special setup and file preparation. This process is what is known as Pre-Flighting. After send us your design and paying setup fees we will make sure that your files are properly formatted for printing and cutting.
